How to measure

Use a tailor's tape measure, wearing only underwear. The tape should be snug but not tight.

Bust: at the fullest point, keeping the tape horizontal.
Waist: at the narrowest point, above the navel.
Hips: at the widest point, with feet together.

If your measurements fall between two sizes, choose the larger one for outerwear and knitwear and the smaller one for stretch garments.
