How to check your order

1. Log in to your account with the email used for your purchase. You will receive an access code by email.
2. Go to My orders and open the order.
3. You will see the current status, the products, the delivery address and the tracking number.

Alternatively, use the “View order status” link in your confirmation email.

Order statuses

• Order confirmed: we have received your payment.
• Being prepared: we are checking and packing your parcel. We hand it to the courier within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation.
• Shipped: the parcel is on its way. You will receive an email with the tracking number.
• Delivered: the courier has delivered the parcel to the address given.
• Ready for pickup: for orders collected in the boutique, we will let you know on WhatsApp.
• Cancelled: the order has been cancelled. You will receive a full refund, including shipping costs, to the original payment method.

Shipment tracking
The tracking number is in the shipping email. You can enter it on the website of the courier named in the shipping email. After dispatch, tracking may take a few hours to update. For shipments outside the European Union, updates may be less frequent.

Changing or cancelling an order
Message us straight away on WhatsApp or by email. We can change the address or cancel the order only if the parcel has not yet shipped. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.
After dispatch, you can exercise your right of withdrawal, as described in the Returns and exchanges policy.

Delays or problems
If your parcel has not arrived within 3 business days of the expected delivery date for the service chosen and your destination, or if tracking has stopped, write to us with your order number and the email used for the purchase. During sales and holidays it may take longer. If the parcel arrives damaged, follow the instructions in the Shipping policy.

Didn't receive the confirmation email?
Check your spam folder. If you cannot find it, write to us with your name, the email used and the order date.
